Each piece is carefully inspected and professionally packaged before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@awakenedart.com, including clear photos of the damage and the original packaging so we can evaluate a resolution. If a return is approved due to damage, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, both within the United States and internationally
